Because the RV manufacturers don't keep a database for that information, I have no way of looking up the suspension geometry of your travel trailer. I was able to determine that you have tandem 3500 lb axles that would use an L68149 inner and L44649 outer bearing which are available individually or in a kit as part # BK2-100. The kit includes the inner and outer bearing, the inner and outer race, the grease seal, the tang washer and a replacement cotter pin.

You will need the Bearing Kit # BK2-100 for each of your hubs on your 2019 Grand Design Imagine XLS 18RBE travel trailer.
With doing all 4 hubs it will be much easier with a Seal Puller # PTW1219 and Installation Set # PTW83020 to replace all the components.
I recommend using the LubriMatic LMX Industrial Strength Grease # L11390 as it is specifically formulated to work well in hot and cold climates. view full answer...
You are still going to need the monitors that come with both the Furrion Vision S # FOS43TASF and the TireMinder i10 TPMS # TM89FR.
The pre-wire for your trailer just means the wiring for a Furrion camera system is already ran so you'd just have to plug the camera in and you'd be set.
Also, the K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors # KS80930 will not interfere with the camera functionality on your mirrors because there is a cut out at the bottom of the mirrors for just this, and they... view full answer...
From looking at the specifications for the Dexter 072-042-00 (you had the numbers flipped a little), the 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # e54SR will be a nearly identical alternate. Like the Dexter, this is rated up to 1,750 pounds (3,500 pound axle), includes nylon bushings to negate too much friction, will measure 1-3/4" thick (as all double eye springs of this size/capacity will), and includes 4 leaves.
The main difference between this and the Dexter spring is the size. The Dexter measures... view full answer...
The Aluminum Cheetah Trailer Wheel made by Lionshead has been discontinued. I would recommend looking at the Lynx Lionshead Wheel # LHSL301.
The wheel has a bolt pattern of 5 on 4-1/2 inches has a wheel bolt size of 1/2 inch by 20 and has a weight capacity of 1,820 pounds.

Sounds like you're needing the 10" x 1-1/2" Electric Brake Shoe/Lining (One Wheel) # bp04-065. These brake shoes will work with braking assemblies that are 10" x 1-1/2".
So, for all four wheels you'd need to order 4 of these. view full answer...
We do have other options, however the Cheetah Aluminum Wheel 14x5 5-4.5 you reference is not something we carry.
If you're okay with using a different brand of tire/wheels, the Kenda Karrier # AM34659 is a great option, is the correct size, and has as maximum speed rating M, or 81 MPH.
Or
If you want just a 14" wheel we have the Aluminum Viking Series Vor Trailer Wheel # AX02455545FPS, which would go great with the 14" Karrier tire # AM10235. view full answer...
